You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  The submitted papers should be original, unpublished, and not in consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission to the journal.

Journal is published only electronically.

CROMA journal applies the BOAI definition of open access. All content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. The BOAI  definition does not deny necessity to use appropriate citation in using information from articles in open access journal. CROMA journal applies the Creative Commons License: CC-BY 4.0 to all published material. This license allows for redistribution, commercial and non-commercial, as long as it is passed along unchanged and in whole, with credit to Contemporary Research on Organization Management and Administration, as initial publication source.

Every article published in CROMA journal is assigned with Crossref DOI.

Academic etics

The CROMA journal strictly follows all guidelines and recommendations issued by COPE - Committee on Publication Ethics (please visit https://publicationethics.org/resources ).

Peer-review

Manuscrips that are sufficient quality and meet scope of the journal are passed on to at least 2 experts for review. The journal uses double-blind peer review. Double blind reviewing means that both the referee and author remain anonymous throughout the process. Croma journal applies the COPE Ethical Guidelines for Peer Reviewers. Editor-in-Chief  is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the article. The publication decision is made after receiving at least two external reviewer reports with recommendation: (1) accept, (2) minor revision, (3) major revision, or (4) reject. The reasons for the decision are communicated to the authors.
