CROMA journal only accepts original and authentic extended papers, which have never been published before or are submitted/under consideration in another means of publication (e.g. another scientific journal, a scientific conference or a working paper, a report, etc.). Authors are responsible for ensuring that their works are unique, and that they fully acknowledge the source of any content which is not entirely the authors’ own.

CROMA journal acknowledges recommendations of ICMJE and asks the authors to ensure that authorship is based on the following four criteria:

  1. Substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data for the work; AND
  2. Drafting the work or revising it critically for important intellectual content; AND
  3. Final approval of the version to be published; AND
  4. Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

The journal will check articles for plagiarism using Crosscheck/iThenticate and considers the inclusion of plagiarised content to be misconduct by the authors.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce anything (e.g. figure, table, text) that has been previously published or created by another person.

Authors’ work affiliation is published at journal's website with the article's abstract and contact emails appear on the first page of the article. These data are treated as a part of open-access information. If any author would not like to see their email published, they should inform the editor about this decision before the article going online.

Please submit manuscripts in two files (a) editable (.doc, .docx or .odt) and (b) a solid (.pdf).

Manuscript should be prepared using a form set by Editorial board (an article form to fill) . Layout and formatting rules in the form should be followed while preparing a manuscript document.

Manuscript should be 35000-50000 characters (with spaces) length.

Together with manuscript an Author Agreement form should be submitted. All co-authors sign on one document. ( Author Agreement form).

In a separate file there should be presented short information on the authors (education, institutional affiliation, position at the institution, other important information). Information package should not exceed 400-500 characters (with spaces) in length.

The scientific research paper based on developing and testing hypothesis.

The scientific research paper describing actual situations and experiences within the organizations.

Literature review

The scientific research paper concentrating on annotating and/or criticizing the literature in a particular subject area.

General review

The scientific research paper providing a general overview or historical examination of some concept, technique or phenomena.
